The State Civil Service Officers Training Wing was shifted from Civil Service Training Institute Bhavanisagar to Anna Institute of Management Chenni from November 1999. This training wing was functioning at “Tiruvarangam” Building up to 6/2005. After Construction of the new building for Anna Institute of Management, this Training wing was shifted to Kanchi Building, where it is housed now. This training wing has been imparting foundational training to Group A&B officers of the Government of Tamil Nadu.The period of training for foundational “A” Course has been fixed at five weeks and for foundational “B” course at three weeks
